Chocolate Ramen Black

Chocolate Ramen Black" is a dish said to have been created after Lotte's chocolate researchers analyzed the compatibility of ramen and chocolate. The soup is based on Korakuen's classic "Chuka-Soba" soup, to which cacao oil is added, and accented with Lotte's "Cranky" chocolate filled with crunchy malt puffs and ginger as a topping. The result is a sweet and salty soy sauce ramen with the mildness and sweetness of chocolate.

Chocolate Ramen White" was also created by Lotte's chocolate researchers. White cocoa oil is added to the base of Korakuen's classic "Shio Ramen" soup to create a creamy, rich flavor, which is topped with Lotte's chocolate "Cranky Cookies & Cream". The soup features the slight sweetness of white chocolate melted into the soup. The crispy puff and crunchy cookie accent the soup.
