KURA ROYAL, Kura Sushi's original sweets brand, will be offering the Strawberry W Chocolat Parfait for Valentine's Day. The "Tiramisu Mont Blanc" and "Cranberry Semifreddo Cake" will also be available. Both will be available from February 10 to March 10.

Strawberry W Chocolat Parfait

The "Strawberry W Chocolat Parfait" is characterized by its lovely pink color. Two kinds of chocolate, white and cocoa mass, are used in this parfait. The chocolate ice cream in the parfait is a gateau chocolate with chocolate cookies and chocolate sauce, giving it a rich cocoa flavor. The sweet and sour raspberry sauce completes the parfait.

The toppings are, in order from top to bottom: cerfille, pink chocolate, strawberry, chocolate syrup, gateau chocolate ice cream, whipped cream, white chocolate mousse, sponge, strawberry mousse, and raspberry sauce. Each store is limited to 20 servings a day. To go is not available. The price is 530 yen (tax included, same as below).

Tiramisu Mont Blanc

The "Tiramisu Mont Blanc" is a sweet treat with two layers of flavor: a cream made with mascarpone from Hokkaido, and a coffee cream mixed with whipped cream and coffee. The price is 220 yen.

Cranberry Semifreddo Cake

Cranberry Semifreddo Cake is a type of semifreddo dessert that originated in Italy, and is characterized by its soft, half-frozen texture. The milk-flavored ice cream cake is mixed with several kinds of dried fruits such as cranberries, giving it a nice sourness and accenting the texture. To go is not available. Retail price is 220 yen.
