Sushiro's "10 Kinds of Kaisen Hina Chirashi

Sushiro is now accepting reservations for "10 Kinds of Kaisen Hina Chirashi" to add color to the Hina Festival at their stores, by phone, or online. You can pick it up between February 23 and March 3.

Ten kinds of seafood hina chirashi

The popular "10 Kinds of Seafood Hina Chirashi," sold only during the Hina Matsuri season, will be available again this year. It is characterized by its gorgeous appearance, as if it were a flower in full bloom. It is the perfect chirashi-sushi for a special occasion, with the idea of making the Hinamatsuri more enjoyable at home.

It features 10 popular ingredients, including Sushiro's ever-popular "tuna," "salmon," which is popular among women, "shrimp," which is also popular among children, "salmon roe," which has a petite texture, and "crab meat," which is made from a luxurious crab. The shari (rice ball) is filled with a variety of ingredients. The "shari" is a mixture of ingredients (shiitake mushrooms and sweetened kampyo mushrooms), so you can enjoy a variety of ingredients no matter where you eat.
