Doubled Chocolat au Sakura

Jock Mock's classic buttery Languedoccher is slightly pink and sandwiched with sakura-flavored chocolate. The addition of sakura flavor to the white chocolate creates a piece that feels like spring.


We went through a trial and error process to make sure that the sakura flavor would stand out the moment you put it in your mouth. A perfect balance between the aroma and texture when eaten and the smoothness of the chocolate was pursued. The method of baking and the degree of baking were adjusted many times to achieve a slight sakura color.


The base is made of clean, unctuous white chocolate. In addition to the cherry blossom powder, we added almond flavor to add richness, and made improvements so that the cherry blossom flavor and the langdosher dough would become one and the same, resulting in an original chocolate that can only be tasted at "Daubourg Chocolat au Sakura".

The package features a design of a large mountain cherry tree growing freely in nature, expressing the strength of the mountain cherry tree with soft colors. The full-blown cherry blossom package expresses Jochem's wish that the recipient will receive a gift that encourages them in their new life.


The price including tax is 810 yen for a pack of 9, 2,160 yen for a pack of 24. The "Doubled Chocolates au Sakura Assorti" containing the standard cigar is 3,240 yen.
