In response to popular demand, "GODIVA supervised THE Chocolate Tart" will be on sale again from February 9 to 14 at about 400 stores including AEON and AEON Style in Honshu and Shikoku. The tart measures about 15cm in diameter and is priced at 1,280 yen (tax not included).

This will be the first collaboration product between GODIVA and Select Sweets to be sold during AEON Black Friday in November 2021. "It's rich and delicious! I'm glad I can buy GODIVA's cake at AEON.

Godiva Executive Chef Chocolatier/Patissier Yannick Chouvoreau supervised the creation of this luxurious three-layer chocolate tart. The base of the tart is filled with chocolate soufflé and baked to a savory perfection, and is combined with a rich chocolate ganache and a well-balanced, soft-tasting glace (chocolate coating).

The secret behind the rich flavor is the Belgian chocolate, which is said to be of the highest quality in the world. The chocolate ganache is made with Belgian chocolate that has a strong cocoa taste with a cocoa ratio of 70%. The chocolate soufflé is made with 55% cocoa chocolate, which gives it a sweet taste. It can be enjoyed by both bitter and mild taste lovers. The chocolate plate is made in Japan.

Aeon and Aeon Style stores in Aichi, Gifu, Mie, and Shizuoka prefectures, and Aeon Shingu store in Wakayama prefecture will start selling the product on February 10. AEON and AEON Style stores in Kyoto, Shiga, Osaka, Hyogo and Nara prefectures, and AEON Style Wakayama in Wakayama prefecture will start carrying the product on February 11.
