Hinamatsuri Strawberry and Fruit Special Tart

The tart is filled with a light custard cream and decorated with Japanese strawberries, kiwis, and sweet summer fruits in syrup. It is surrounded by a chanterelle cream with an image of frills. It measures about 145mm in diameter and is priced at 3,700 yen (tax included, same as below).

Hina Matsuri Cherry Blossom Dancing Strawberry Roll Cake

A peach-colored sponge roll filled with white chocolate cream and strawberries. The top is decorated with Japanese strawberries, strawberry ganache and chocolate cherry blossom petal motifs, and the sides are covered with cherry blossom flavored chocolate flakes. It is accented with strawberry ganache and dried raspberries sprinkled on the top. It is about 145mm long and priced at 2,000 yen.

Strawberry Reward Crepe Pannier

This product consists of fluffy chiffon dough, yellow peaches in syrup, shine muscat sauce, and light custard cream wrapped in crepe dough. Garnished with premium chanterelle cream and strawberries. The price is 540 yen.

Strawberry-filled dolce

Vanilla mousse topped with chanterelle cream and plenty of Japanese strawberries. The gentle sweetness of the vanilla mousse goes perfectly with the sweet and sour strawberries. The price is 680 yen.

Hinamatsuri Peach Color Shortcake

A peach-colored sponge cake filled with strawberries. The cake is shaped like a hishi-mochi (rice cake) to be offered on the Girls' Day, and is topped with a gold-colored paper lantern with designs of Peco and Poco dressed as a flower girl and a flower girl, a bonbori candle, artificial peach flowers, and strawberries. The number of strawberries in the decoration has increased by three compared to previous years, so you can enjoy the taste of strawberries more. The size is about 140 x 140 mm, and the price is 4,401 yen.

Hinamatsuri Assorted Cake

An assortment of eight cakes (two each of strawberry shortcake and apple strawberry cake) with six flavors: the classic strawberry shortcake, high cacao chocolate cake, Amao strawberry cake, marron cake, rare cheese cake made with Hokkaido cheese, and Uji green tea cake. It is decorated with chocolate attachments in the shape of Hinamatsuri motifs. The diameter is approximately 165mm, and the price is 3,800 yen.
