Porochocolat Honnori Kawachi Bankan

This is the third product in the "Delicious Together" series, which is a collaboration between famous confectionaries from various regions and Kuzeifuku Shoten, which aspires to pass on Japanese food culture to the next generation. This is a collaboration with Ragnoo Sasaki's "Polo Chocolat," which has many fans throughout Japan for its richness and moist texture.


With the cooperation of Ragnoo Sasaki, we took on the challenge of creating a chocolate cake that had never before been included in the KUZEIFUKU Shoten product lineup. To express KUZEIFUKU's unique style, we searched for a domestic fruit that would go well with chocolate, and came up with "Kawachi-bankan" from Kumamoto Prefecture.


This chocolate cake offers a harmony of chocolate and Japanese citrus. The refreshing sourness and slight bitterness of the rind is used to retain the original taste of the "Polo Chocolate". Recommended as a gift for a loved one or as a treat for yourself.
