Sable MICHELLE Cake Sable

The "Cake Sablé" has a lovely appearance like a shortcake. It is a combination of three types of sablé: freeze-dried strawberries, a crispy texture sablé with white chocolate coating, and a simple molded sablé with butter and strawberries. These happy sablés make you want to enjoy them like a picnic under the sun.


The tin, designed to look like a decorated cake, is too cute...! When you open the lid, you will find another shortcake-shaped sable inside. The moment you open it, you can't help but say "Wow! The cute design is so cute that it makes you say, "I'm so cute! It's a shame to eat them...!



White chocolate coated shortcake sablé topped with freeze-dried strawberries and whipped white chocolate balls. The sablé cracks open when you bite into it, and is rich in butter. The sweetness of the white chocolate is accented by the tartness of the freeze-dried strawberries. A single piece is quite satisfying.


Underneath is a simple molded sable with butter & strawberries. Some of the white chocolate had melted and stuck together, but it kind of looks like layers of cake, and that's pretty too! It is a great accompaniment to tea or coffee.
