Cheese Mont Blanc with Hokkaido Mascarpone

This Mont-Blanc combines a smooth melt-in-your-mouth cream made with Hokkaido mascarpone cheese, which has a clean, fresh milk flavor, and a cheese mousse made with French cream cheese, which has a rich, creamy taste. The strawberry sauce with lemon peel and pulp accentuates the texture and gives it a moderate sourness. This dessert is made in the hotel's workshop under the supervision of the patissier of Gateaux Kingdom Sapporo. The price is 330 yen.

Chocolate-Orange Double Choux

A cream puff with a hint of Cointreau (orange liquor) for a refreshing and crisp aftertaste, perfect for Valentine's Day. The savory puff pastry with cocoa flavor is filled with milk chocolate cream with Valencia orange juice and sweet chocolate custard cream with chocolate cream. The price is 100 yen.
