Chocolat Anmitsu

Funahashiya's classic crunchy agar and rich and smooth chocolate bean paste are used. The heart-shaped strawberry agar and kuzumochi (rice cakes) make this "Chocolat Anmitsu" look even cuter. Tangerines and yellow peaches are also added for a sweet and sour taste change. It contains agar, chocolate bean paste, gyuhi, heart-shaped strawberry agar, heart-shaped kuzumochi, red kidney beans, mandarin oranges, and yellow peaches. It is also a perfect gift for Valentine's Day.

Funabashiya

Founded in 1805 during the Edo period, Funahashiya is a Kanto-style kuzumochi (rice cake) shop that celebrated its 216th year in business in 2021. Funahashiya's kuzumochi are made by steaming wheat starch after 450 days of lactic acid fermentation, and are characterized by their unique crunchiness and elasticity. With the desire to deliver natural products as they are, we continue to stick to the natural method without using preservatives.
