February's new breads "Nekopan", "Sake-type Uji Hojicha", and "Potato Pan" are now available at Kimura-ya's main store. Each of these items will be sold at directly managed stores.

The new breads "Nekopan", "Sakane Uji Hojicha" and "Potato Pan" will be available at Kimura-ya's main store from February 1.

Nekopan

Nekopan is a soft, moist dough filled with caramel cream. Nekopan is a sweet bun filled with rich caramel cream, suitable for the cold winter season, and features a cute cat shape in honor of "Cat Day" on February 22. Priced at 280 yen (tax included, same below).

Sakane Uji Hojicha

Sakatane Uji Hojicha is a white bean paste filled with fragrant hojicha powder from Kyoto, fresh cream, and roasted walnuts, wrapped in Sakatane dough and baked. The dough is said to be a perfect match for the flavor and texture. The walnut topping enhances the appearance and taste of the hojicha bean paste. The selling price is 232 yen.

Potato Pan

Potato Pan" is a soft and sticky dough made from Hokkaido wheat wrapped in a home-made potato salad. The spicy black pepper flavor goes well with alcohol. Retail price is 320 yen.
