Cafe Commeza will be selling Valentine's Day cakes using strawberry "Koi Minori" in abundance. There are three types of Valentine's Day cakes available: "reservation-only cake," "store-bought cake," and "Valentine handmade cake kit.

To coincide with Valentine's Day on February 14, the patissier has selected strawberries "Koi Minori" in abundance for the cake, with the hope that they will bear fruit. The strawberries are full of juice and sweet and sour, and the rich bitter chocolate is the perfect match for this cake.
Reservation-only cake
The base is bitter chocolate. The reservation period is from January 27 to February 9. The delivery period is from February 10th to February 14th. The size is 12cm in diameter (for two people), and the price is 3,800 yen (tax included, same as below).

Valentine Handmade Cake Kit
This is a cake kit that allows you to make Cafe Comsa's unique fruit art cake at home. The kit includes a heart-shaped tart stand and whip, as well as Koiminori strawberries and heart-shaped cookies. This is a limited edition Valentine's Day product that comes with a recipe directly from the patissier. The reservation period is from January 27 to February 9. The delivery period is from February 10 to February 14. Reservations for the kit can be made by phone or at stores.
