Nisei "Berry Langdosha Cone"

NISSEI, a comprehensive manufacturer of soft serve ice cream, will be selling a special edition soft serve ice cream "Cremia the Custard" and a combination "Berry Langdosha Cone" for a limited time, which was sold at a pop-up store (special store) opened in 2019. The sales period is from March 1 until around the end of September.

Berry Langdosha Cone

Raspberry juice is added to the Langdosha cone that goes with the rich soft-serve ice cream to create a sweet and sour berry flavor that accentuates the sweets. The soft-serve ice cream and the cone are designed to be visually appealing, with the soft-serve ice cream in pale yellow and the cone in pink.

Japanese egg yolks, which are rich in flavor and sweetness, are used. A well-balanced blend of domestic egg yolks, Hokkaido raw milk, and Hokkaido fresh cream, along with the addition of natural vanilla flavoring, was designed to create a soft serve ice cream with an elegant sweetness and a luxurious feel. French brandy aged in barrels is added as a secret flavor to create a deep and rich taste.
