Killefevon is introducing "Shirayanagi Navel Tart" from Hamamatsu City in Shizuoka Prefecture, the second in a series of tarts created by each store to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the company. This is the second in a series of tarts created by each store to commemorate the 30th anniversary of its founding, and will be available from February 1 to 28. The To go price is 896 yen per piece (tax included, same below), and the 25cm diameter whole is 8,964 yen. The tax rate for eat-in is different.

In commemoration of its 30th anniversary, each store of KILLEFEBON has created a tart that makes use of local ingredients and regional characteristics. This time, the tart was created by the Hamamatsu store, located in the west of Shizuoka Prefecture.

The crispy tart is layered with almond cream and sweet and sour cream, and is adorned with the seasonal "Shirayanagi Navel" citrus fruit from Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The fruit is said to be characterized by its fragrant juice, plentiful fruit, large size and sweetness.

The tart is made simply so that you can enjoy the taste of white willow navel, and is gorgeously decorated with edible flowers to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the company. The tart is finished in bright orange, the color of the sun, to express the store's wish to be loved by many customers in the future.
