Ma-ra Kumi Wakame is based on the lightly salted taste of wakame stems, and uses spices such as ichimi, kasho, and black pepper to give it a spicy and sharp taste that lingers in the taste buds and is perfect for snacking.

Sanriku-grown wakame stems are used, and the seasoning is carefully selected through pickling and blistering preparation.
