This parfait combines chocolatey pudding, chocolatey ice cream made with the same chocolate, smooth pistachio cream, sour raspberry sauce, and crunchy fiancé. The chocolatey pudding, baked slowly at low temperature, is made from Madagascar cacao beans, which Mr. Tsuchiya fell in love with during his visits to several cacao farms around the world. The chocolate from Madagascar has a gorgeous fruity berry aroma and a rich cocoa flavor, and its smooth texture attracts chocolate lovers.

The pistachio cream is made from American pistachio paste. It is mixed with custard cream for a smooth texture. The raspberry sauce is made fresh with 52% fruit pulp and juice. The chocolate ice cream is made with Mr. Tsuchiya's original chocolate, and is made so that the chocolate flavor stands out with less milkiness. The price is 385 yen (tax included).
