Chicken Condon Bleu

Matsunoya "Chicken Condon Bleu

This is the third installment in the "Matsu-no-ya World Travelogue" series that introduces dishes from around the world. This time, the stage is set in France, located in Western Europe, where a cutlet is made by wrapping cheese in ham and then wrapping it in thinly pounded chicken breast and frying it.

The chicken is then wrapped in a thinly sliced chicken breast and deep-fried. The combination of chicken, cheese, and ham goes well together, and is finished off with Matsunoya's special sauce that is packed with the flavor of meat and vegetables.

According to Matsunoya, the name "cordon bleu" (meaning blue ribbon) is a synonym for the best dish in France, or the best chef, and is a favorite among both children and adults. The price is 750 yen (tax included, same below). To go is also available as well as eat-in. To go miso soup can be purchased separately for 60 yen.
