300g (10.58oz) thick fried bean curdLong green onion about 10cm
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp white sesame seeds
1cm ginger tube
1cm garlic tube
Directions
1. cut thick fried bean curd into 2-3cm rectangular pieces. 2.2) Mix coarsely chopped green onion, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, white sesame seeds, ginger, and garlic in a container to make sauce. 3) Add sesame oil to frying pan.
3) Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat until the surface of the deep-fried tofu is lightly browned. 4) Remove the deep-fried tofu from the pan and place on a plate.
Remove the deep-fried tofu onto a plate and pour the sauce over the top.
