San Valentino 2022
Five types of chocolate are packed, inspired by the five ingredients that are central to the ancient food culture of Rome, the birthplace of Bvlgari. It is likened to an ancient Roman aristocratic supper, with images of appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
"Most" is a chocolate with the image of an appetizer. The milk chocolate ganache made by soaking the original blend of spices in the gorgeous scented grape juice is covered with bitter chocolate. Most is said to mean wine that was indispensable to the dining table in ancient Rome.
Olive oil & salt
"Olive oil & salt" is also a chocolate with the image of an appetizer. Milk chocolate ganache with olive oil from Lazio, Italy and rock salt from Sicily, Italy is covered with milk chocolate.
"Spelled" is also a chocolate with the image of an appetizer. A praline made from Italian spelled wheat, also known as "Farro" and hazelnuts from Piedmont, Italy, is covered with milk chocolate.
"Saffron Gianduja" is a chocolate with the image of the main. Gianduja with Italian saffron and raw almond paste is covered with milk chocolate.
"Dates" is chocolate with the image of dessert. Milk chocolate ganache with dates and pecan nuts is wrapped in bitter chocolate.
