The "Koppe-pan series by prefecture" is a series of koppe-pan made from rice flour from each prefecture in Tohoku, finished with a polyhydric method and sandwiched with whipped cream using ingredients from each prefecture in Tohoku. Koppe-pan using prefectural ingredients from Akita, Iwate, and Aomori prefectures will continue to be released in the Tohoku area through May of this year.
