I actually bought and tried "Kurage Konnyaku", a commemorative product for opening the Kaigetsu space, which is sold at the Sunshine Aquarium. The purchase price is 972 yen (tax included) per box.
Kurage Konjac"Kurage Konnyaku" is an original konnyaku from the Sunshine Aquarium that is particular about its appearance and taste. One box contains two flavors, "soy sauce flavor" and "kelp dashi flavor".
Includes a pamphlet on "How to enjoy delicious food". The soy sauce flavor remains the same, and the kelp soup stock is served with the attached Miso Dengaku. When warming, use a water bath with hot water or transfer it from the bag to a heat-resistant container and heat it in the microwave.
The konjac in the pack has the shape of a jellyfish, and if you look closely, the tentacles are also reproduced. At the same time as it looks dull, the design is soaked in konjac.
Soy sauce flavorThe soy sauce flavor soaked in umami is easy to eat for children and adults alike. Konjac has firm elasticity and you can enjoy a crispy texture. It is also a nice point to have squid.
Kelp soup stockAdd Miso Dengaku to the whitish and more mellow kelp soup stock. The sweet and rich sauce is entwined with the konjac.
Sunshine Aquarium "Kurage Konnyaku" is recommended as a souvenir for lovers of jellyfish. You can feel like an aquarium at home.
