I try to crack it from the outside like a die-cut and leave the cat's back, but this is quite difficult! Especially, the part above the neck is fragile, and it requires more tips than I expected. I couldn't break it well, but the point is to hold the cookie with your finger and put effort into it carefully so that it doesn't crack.
