Takikomi gohan base Kinmedai rice

"Takikomi Gohan no Moto Kinmedai Rice" is a rice base that is made by adding roasted Kinmedai fillet and cooking it in a kelp-style dashi stock. It is finished by making the best use of the flavor of Kinmedai. One bag contains two bags of "dashi" and "ingredients". The ingredients you prepare yourself are two rice bowls.

How to make

Cut 2 go of rice and add "dashi".

MUJI "Takikomi Gohan no Motokinme Rice"

Mix well with the same amount of water as when cooking white rice.

Put the ingredients inside and cook flat without stirring (including the liquid in the ingredients).

Tasting

Cooked rice with the fillet of sea bream, where you can enjoy the taste of fish. The seasoning is not too strong, and the slight flavor spreads. A taste that even children can eat! If you are a little unsatisfied, you may sprinkle shichimi pepper or add a small amount of soy sauce if you like. It was delicious even if wrapped in seaweed.
