Put one tea bag in a 200cc tea cup, pour boiling water into it, and it will be ready in about 2 minutes. When making with my bottle, put one tea bag in 400-500cc of hot water and extract for 3-5 minutes. For watering, extract with 400-500cc cold water for 1-2 hours.
