Chicken plain hot water udon

"Chicken salt udon", which appears for a limited time every year and has been well received, is made into plain hot water (paitan). The plain hot water soup with condensed chicken flavor and chicken oil (chiyu) are combined with Nakau's proud udon soup stock to create a light yet deep taste. With plenty of tender chicken on it, it's just a "cup where you can taste the whole chicken".

The attached red "spicy yuzu spice" is an original spice that easily dissolves in the soup and contrasts vividly with the white soup. By adding it to your liking, you can enjoy the refreshing flavor of yuzu and the change in taste due to its spiciness.

The price is 490 yen for "Chicken plain hot water udon (normal)" and 350 yen for "Chicken plain hot water udon (small)", both including tax.
