1/4 onion, salt and pepper, appropriate amount of water 300cc
1 solid consomme
How to makeFor cabbage, cut off the hard part of the core and remove a few pieces in the center to make a cavity. Feel free to use the removed part for miso soup or salad.
Peel the onions and chop them.
Put the meat in a bowl and knead until sticky, add salt and pepper and chopped onions and mix.
Fill the hollow part of the cabbage with meat seeds.
Put the cabbage in a deep pot with the cut end facing down, add water and consomme, and boil.
After boiling, remove the lye, cover with a lid (aluminum foil is OK), and simmer over low heat for about 20 to 30 minutes.
When the cabbage is boiled, transfer it to a plate and pour the soup from above to complete it! Sprinkle coarsely ground pepper to finish if you like.
What is the taste of unrolled roll cabbage? The cabbage is soft and stubborn, and the meat inside is condensed with juicy umami! The gravy that complements the consomme soup spreads in your mouth along with the sweetness of the cabbage, which is very delicious!
A recommended recipe that you can make quickly if you come up with it. All you have to do is cut the vegetables and knead the meat, then put it in a pot and leave it alone, so it's a menu that you can easily take in even during a busy dinner!
