Oyster Tama Ankake Udon

Luxuriously use 6 fresh boiled oysters from Hiroshima prefecture. The beach boiled oysters grown in Hiroshima Bay, which is surrounded by islands and capes, are characterized by a strong sweetness because water flows from the river and absorbs plenty of minerals and nutrients from the mountains. Immediately after landing, the whole shell is boiled in seawater and then quickly frozen on the same day to trap the umami, resulting in a fresh and plump texture. If you take a bite, the juicy and rich umami and the scent of rocky shore will spread.

Marugame Seimen "Oyster Tama Ankake Udon"

Uses "boiled noodles" that are not tightened with water and are boiled. You can feel the flavor and sweetness of wheat and enjoy the chewy texture until the end.

The special egg ankake is handmade at each shop. Based on fragrant white sardines drawn from carefully selected ingredients such as kelp and dried bonito from Hokkaido every few hours, it is gently mixed to thicken it, and the beaten egg is added to finish it softly.
