A hamburger steak with a renewed demiglace sauce. By arranging the sauce, which was mainly the umami of vegetables, with the umami of beef as the center, it is tailored to a richer taste. Bouillon cooked with beef tendon and flavored vegetables, with the flavor of meat and vegetables added to the sauce, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce add acidity and spice. Grated hamburger steak

The taste of grated hamburger has been renewed by changing from ponzu to Japanese sauce. The sauce with onions added to the two types of brewed soy sauce is accented with the texture of onions and the spicy spiciness of black pepper.
