Kimuraya Sohonten x Maisen Katsura Curry Bread

As a collaboration menu between Kimuraya Sohonten and Maisen , "An butter sand" has been announced as a sweet bun, but this time the side dish bread "Katsu curry bread" is one of Maisen's signature menus, "Hirekatsu". Kimuraya's original "dough with curry sauce" is wrapped with spicy rich curry, and is fried with raw bread crumbs from Maisen.

The rich, fruity sauce, which is characterized by the sweetness of vegetables and the rich aroma of spices, is combined with the curry and is devised to enhance the taste of fillet.
