How to make eggplant lasagna
Wash the eggplant and remove the calyx. Cut the long eggplant in half and slice the short eggplant to a thickness of less than 1 cm.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, line up the eggplants and bake on both sides over medium heat. If the eggplant does not fit, divide it into two parts.

Place the eggplant on a toaster-compatible plate such as a baking dish, and repeat the meat sauce and cheese for pizza about 3 times in this order. Sprinkle salt and bread crumbs on the top.



Bake in a toaster for about 5 minutes until the bread crumbs are browned and the cheese melts.
