Chervil soup

"Shakshouka" is a dish in which finely chopped vegetables are lightly stewed in a spiced tomato sauce, and eggs are dropped on top of it. It is eaten as a standard breakfast menu in the Middle East such as Israel, and has recently been attracting attention as "easy to make at home, delicious, and healthy".

The "Shakshka Soup" that will be released this time is a tomato-based soup with the flavor and richness of cheese, with spices such as cumin, chili powder, and oregano producing an appetizing aroma. The tomato powder is made in Italy, which has a good balance of acidity and sweetness. The thick soup and the gentle texture of the egg soboro fill your stomach. Uses a small cup that is easy for women to hold with one hand, and a lid with a spout.

World soup pictorial book

The series was born from the idea that "there are many delicious dishes in the world, but people tend to avoid dishes that they do not know. If so, why not make them easy to experience?" The soup is easy to hold and eat with one hand. The first release is "Chkmeruli Soup" and the second release is "Lundan Soup".
