"Drunk Taiyaki" uses red bean paste made from carefully selected azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, one of Japan's three major azuki bean producing areas. As a result of more than 40 prototypes, a new type of liqueur was completed in which the development members cheered, "This is Taiyaki!"
