12P Rich Petit Shoe Cheese

A bite-sized petit cream puff that you can enjoy a rich mousse-style cheese cream that melts in your mouth. Cheese cream is made by combining plenty of "Kiri cream cheese" with flavorful homemade pasteurized milk and sour cream to make a mousse once, and Monterre's original whipped cream is blended there.
