Pasco "Super-ripe domestic wheat"

From the "super-ripe domestic wheat" series of Shikishima bread (Pasco), a new "square type" bread has appeared. "Super-ripe domestic wheat 3 slices", "Super-ripe domestic wheat 5 slices" and "Super-ripe domestic wheat 6 slices" will be on sale from November 1st in the Kanto, Chubu, Kansai, Chugoku and Shikoku regions. Along with this, the existing "mountain type" bread will be renewed and released with the brand name changed to "super-ripe domestic wheat mountain type".

Super-ripe domestic wheat

The mountain-shaped "super-ripe domestic wheat" was introduced in April 2015 as "a bread that maximizes the deliciousness of domestic wheat" using 100% domestic wheat flour. Due to the "super-ripening method", which is slowly aged at low temperature for a long time and baked, it has been well received because it has a simple composition that does not contain extra ingredients and the raw materials including wheat flour are carefully selected.

Until now, only the mountain-shaped lineup was available, but in response to customer requests, a new square-eating type "super-ripe domestic wheat" will be released. By using the super-ripening method and 100% domestic wheat flour, the bread has a "moistness" and "the original taste of wheat". When eaten raw, you can feel the "moistness" and "moistness", and when toasted, you can enjoy the faint aroma of domestic butter.
