Boiled red beans (OK in boiled cans) 100g (3.53oz)
1 cup of water (200cc)
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
A pinch of salt
How to make
Remove the seeds and cotton from the pumpkin and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Put water, sugar and cut pumpkin in a pan and heat over high heat. When it boils, cover it with a lid and simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. If you don't have a drop lid, you can use aluminum foil with holes or a cooking sheet.

When the pumpkin is tender, add boiled red beans, soy sauce, and salt and simmer until the juice is gone.

When the broth is low, serve it in a bowl and it's done!

What is the taste of pumpkin and red beans boiled in cousin?
The fragrant and mellow sweetness of pumpkin and the mellow sweetness of azuki beans. Different kinds of sweetness are fused in the mouth and it is insanely delicious! Depending on where you eat it, it's like a side dish of simmered food, or something like a snack. It's a combination of sweet ingredients, but I don't feel the stubbornness because the taste is tightened with salt and soy sauce!
