A la potato Rausu kelp Soy sauce flavor was selected from Rausu kelp grown along the coast of the Rausu district on the Shiretoko Peninsula under the supervision of Chef Mikuni, and the variety "Poroshiri" developed by the Calbee Group in Hokkaido. It is combined with the new potatoes.

Rausu kelp is characterized by its strong umami taste and is known for its fragrant, yellowish, rich soup stock. Poroshiri is resistant to illness, does not burn easily, and has a good taste. In 2015, it became a "Hokkaido excellent variety".

The potato chips are manufactured only at the factory in Chitose City, Hokkaido, and we are particular about "Dosan", and the potato chips are finished in a special taste that brings out the umami of the ingredients.
