) 200 g sweet potato40 g cream cheese
1.5 tbsp honey
20 g raisins

Wash sweet potato, cut off both ends and slice into 1 to 2 cm pieces. Cut in half or quarter size, if large, and boil in a pot with enough water to cover for 6-7 minutes until tender. Drain and place in a bowl or Tupperware container.Add the cream cheese and honey to the container and mix while mashing the sweet potatoes with a fork. Remove skin from sweet potatoes if desired.
Add raisins and salt.
