Hakata Meita Nori Bento

"Hakata Meita Nori Bento" released in 2016 has been revived nationwide for the first time in 5 years. "Katsuobushi" used in regular "Nori-bento" has been replaced with "Mentaiko sauce". The side dishes are served with fried white fish and chikuwa tempura, just like the Nori-bento. You can also choose the attached "Premium Sauce" and "Dashi Soy Sauce". The price is 390 yen (tax included).

The raw material for mentaiko is Alaska pollack eggs from the North Sea. The name of the egg changes depending on the maturity, and the egg called "Mako", which is suitable for mentaiko, is mainly used. By salting raw eggs, the cod roe has a more bubble wrap texture.

The seasoning liquid that seasons cod roe is a simple seasoning such as sake with strong umami, red pepper with a spicy aftertaste, mirin, and fish sauce, from the design 5 years ago with the flavor of soup stock and yuzu. The taste has been changed to enhance the original taste of mentaiko and to be enjoyed by a wider range of people. You can enjoy the bubble wrap texture and umami of mentaiko.

"Hakata Meita Toku Nori Bento" is a lunch box with fried white fish from "Hakata Meita Nori Bento", minced meat cutlet, fried chicken, and attached tartar sauce. It is a delicious dish. The price is 480 yen (tax included).
