Kihachi Trifle Fruit Sandwich

The new "Kihachi Trifle Fruit Sandwich" is a fruit sandwich with a new texture inspired by the "Kihachi Trifle Roll" that represents Patisserie Kihachi. Using a special egg that turns the yolk white when heated, the moist and softly baked pure white souffle dough is likened to "bread", which is a deliciousness unique to Patisserie Kihachi.


Sandwiched with 5 kinds of fruits (strawberry, banana, kiwi, papaya, mango) selected considering the balance and color of sweetness and acidity. Considering the balance with the moist, fluffy and modestly finished souffle dough, the diplomat cream using carefully selected eggs and milk, and the shanti with a light taste that melts in the mouth are combined.
