Olive anchovy paste

"Olive anchovy paste" reproduces the taste of Southern Italy by adding the scent of garlic and caper and the richness of olives to the base of aged and salty anchovies. You can enjoy it in combination with your favorite salad. I tried it with "Garden Salad (350 yen)" topped with arugula, carrots and tomato concasse.

The dressing originally used for garden salad is "olive & vinegar". Add "olive anchovy paste" to it.

The salty and rich anchovy paste goes well with the crispy vegetables! Just add a little bit to add depth to the taste, so you may want to try it with pizza, bread, pasta, etc. in addition to salads. It is a nice topping for anchovy lovers.
