"Shioramen Iida Shoten" is a cup finished in a neutral tone. The selling price is 1,180 yen (tax included, same below).

The salt used was "Christmas Island Salt" and "Chicken Chi Oil," which are also used at Iida Shoten. The noodles are 100% wheat "Haruyutaka". It is well-balanced with the rare "Haruyutaka first-class flour" that gives off a strong sweetness and umami.
