Ehime Beverage has announced on its official website the release of "POM Mikan - Kokudashi Seasoning Method Fruit Juice Use" in 350 ml PET bottles, with an estimated price of 150 yen (excluding tax).

This drink with fruit juice has been available every year since 2018. The fruit juice content is 20%.

The juice is centrifuged twice to collect the high β-cryptoxanthin content, and then further concentrated to produce a highly concentrated β-cryptoxanthin-containing juice. It contains approximately four times as much β-cryptoxanthin as regular mandarin orange juice.

β-cryptoxanthin is an orange pigment found in Unshu mandarins and is a type of carotenoid. It is one of the components that characterize the taste of Unshu mandarins as well as their color. The higher the content, the richer the color and flavor.

No coloring agents, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives are used. The calorie content is 45 kcal per 100 ml.
