BASCHEESE KURO

"BASCHEESE KURO" will be on sale at Lawson Store 100.

BASCHEESE KURO

"BASCHEESE KURO" is an arrangement of Basque-style cheese cake, which has become a staple of the sweets world, and is a sweet that is perfect for autumn when it is savory and browned. From September 29th, it will be sold for 108 yen (tax included).

Basque-style cheesecake is a traditional cheesecake that originated in the Basque Country of Spain. It has become a big hit in Japan for about two years, with the opening of specialty stores, and now it is a baked cheesecake with a smooth texture and a grilled top that has become firmly established as a standard dessert.

The Lawson Store 100 will go on sale in September 2020 under the brand name "BASCHEESE". In January 2021, we also launched "Caramel BASCHEESE," which has a caramel flavor. Both are priced at 108 yen (tax included).

The third "BASCHEESE KURO" uses the "direct fire grilling method" that gives a smooth texture as before. By adjusting the heating power and baking time, the surface is firmly scorched and browned to enhance the aroma. The sweetness of the cheese is modest and the taste of cheese is a little quirky, making it a perfect companion to wine and other alcoholic beverages.
