Fukujuen will release "Yuzu Green Tea Tea Bag" as the 4th seasonal blended tea series on October 1st. It comes in 10 bags of 3g (0.11oz) and costs 918 yen (tax included, same below).

"Yuzu Green Tea Tea Bag" is a tea that you can enjoy the mellow taste of Kabusecha and the sweet and sour flavor of Yuzu. We are particular about umami and light blue (the color of the tea extract) and use "Kabusecha" carefully selected by the blender of Fukujuen from various tea types. Kabusecha is a type of tea that has been cultivated from about 7 to 10 days before the tea is picked, covering the tea plantation and blocking direct sunlight. By shading it, it grows into a tea with less astringency and a lot of umami, and it has a characteristic taste like between gyokuro and brewed tea. Blended with domestic yuzu peel. Yuzu peel adds a refreshing aroma and a sweet and sour aftertaste.

A tea bag type that makes it easy to process tea leaves. In order to extract the rich flavor in a short time, we have adopted a tea bag made of nylon, which has a triangular pyramid shape with tea leaves spreading three-dimensionally and allows water to easily pass through.
