As a new taste of the series, we chose cheddar cheese, which goes well with sake, from the standard flavors. By combining the aroma of butter trapped in "fris" with the flavor of rich cheese, a highly satisfying taste is achieved.

"Fris" is a registered trademark of Takasago International Corporation, a fragrance manufacturer. Encapsulated fragrances often used in gums and tablets because the grains are large and can be colored. After entering the mouth, the scent trapped in the capsule rushes in, and "Super Potato" uses butter-flavored "Fris" that was originally developed to match potato chips.
