Following the three collaborations of Uji Matcha Sweets, this time the first drink collaboration was realized. "Strawberry Matcha Latte 212g (7.48oz), supervised by Itohkyuemon" uses Uji Matcha carefully selected by Itohkyuemon. Based on the experience cultivated in developing more than 100 types of Uji matcha sweets, strawberries that go well with Uji matcha are combined. A sweet drink where you can enjoy the elegant aroma of matcha.


This drink was supervised by Grand Chef Takato Yoshimoto, who produces "Uji Confectionery Studio" by Kyuemon Ito. After gaining a 10-year career at a long-established hotel, he studied abroad in France and joined Ito Kyuemon after training at a major confectionery store. Currently, I am involved in the development of teahouse menus and "Uji Confectionery Studio" sweets. Winner of the 2014 BUKO Cream Cheese Contest, 2015 Noel Arida Sweets Contest Winner, and many other awards.
