At Lawson, "raw gateau chocolate," "hot cake shoe," "pie with custard," and "dora short with strawberry pulp sauce" will be released sequentially from September 27th. Using familiar menus and ingredients, sweets that are particular about the ease of eating, raw materials, manufacturing methods, and combinations of ingredients that are unique to convenience stores.

Raw gateau chocolate

A gateau chocolate made from couverture chocolate with a cacao content of 62% and Hokkaido-produced cream, and a cream blended with Hokkaido-produced cream and crispy chocolate sauce on a chocolate dough baked in hot water. The chocolate dough and cream are integrated, so you can enjoy gateau chocolate without using a spoon. The price is 220 yen (tax included, same below). Released on September 27th.

Hot cake shoe

Sweets that you can enjoy the familiar sweets "shoe" and "hot cake" at the same time. Hot cake dough is put in the choux pastry, and fluffy whipped cream using Hokkaido cream is placed on it. The top is topped with butter-flavored cream and sweet maple syrup. The price is 220 yen. Released on September 28th.

Pie to taste custard

Sandwich with rich custard mousse and refreshing whipped cream made fluffy by adding meringue with pie crust. It is a dish that you can enjoy the taste of custard. The price is 245 yen. Released on October 5th. It will not be released in Okinawa.

Dora Short with strawberry pulp sauce

Japanese and Western eclectic sweets that combine "dora-yaki" and "shortcake". A thin-skinned dorayaki dough with a long, crispy texture, sandwiched with whipped cream blended with Hokkaido cream. In the whipped cream, a strawberry pulp sauce with a moderate acidity is added to accentuate the taste. The price is 255 yen. Released on October 5th.
