Each one is carefully hand-peeled and made into a puree with a smooth texture. The sauce that maximizes the rich sweetness and mellow aroma of apple mango matches the gentle vanilla shake.

Mix Shake Grape [Nagano]

A product that combines moss shake vanilla with a sauce that uses "Kyoho" from Nagano prefecture. Kyoho is provided by producers, including Nagano Agricultural Cooperatives. For the sauce, carefully select the bunches and use Kyoho, which was cultivated for gifts in plenty of sunlight, luxuriously. The whole skin is heated and strained, the water is removed and concentrated, and lemon juice is added to create a rich taste that makes the most of the vividness of Kyoho.
