Confectionery Takumi Suehiroan has relaunched the popular Western confectionery "Half-ripe cheese" and "Half-ripe chocolate". Half-ripe cheese

A souffle cheesecake that boasts a fluffy texture. Until now, two types of cream cheese from Hokkaido and Australia have been used. In addition to these, the renewed new version uses mascarpone cheese from Hokkaido. Mascarpone cheese is soft and smooth on the palate.
