Avocado with yogurt
Ingredients (for 2 people)1 avocado 5 tbsp plain yogurt
Mentsuyu (3 times concentrated) 1 tbsp
1/2 teaspoon of wasabi paste
How to make avocado with yogurtDivide the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and skin, and slice it into thin slices of about 5 mm.
Mix plain yogurt, noodle soup, and wasabi paste in a container such as a bowl or tapper.
Add avocado to the container and mix well to complete. Serve on a plate. Sprinkle with coarse black pepper if you like.
